How to invest ?
We removed all frictions by putting important efforts into meeting the regulatory and compliance standards. Through KYC/AML exhaustive processes, coin tracability and with the support of future oriented banking institutions in the US.
Our projects have pre determined durations, usually 5-7 years.
We focus exclusively on residential apartment buildings (also called multifamilies) in Florida. Above 5 units, and even if they have residential tenants, they are considered as commercial real estate in the US, with multiple advantaged (pricing method, lending terms, etc) for that reason our typical deal size is in the 5-50 unit range.
We do not provide liquidity and recommend investor not to invest in our project if they do not align with the duration. On a case by case basis, we can find counter-parts and provide some form of liquidity.
Florida is being the best real estate market in the US at the moment with a strong demographic and economic growth, a low taxation environment. Furthermore, Florida has recenlty become the number one place in the world for the crypto economy with numerous Bitcoin powered real estate transactions as well as startups in the blockchain industry with the unicorn status.

For each of our acquisition we mandate an external appraisal company for an accurate estimate of the market value or the subject property. This can be accessible by our investors. On top of this, everything is public in the US and each investors can investigate on their own about the quality of the acquisition with access to all current and past information.
